What costs apply for my holiday home?
Answer: It is important to ensure that you are aware of all costs associated with buying a holiday home. In addition to the park fees, you will need to budget for the following; Insurance – according to reinstatement value. Gas – metered to each holiday home individually. Electricity – metered to each holiday home individually. The ‘new owner' entry charge of £1,000 plus VAT is included in the initial purchase price for new caravans. When purchasing a ‘privately owned’ holiday home from an existing owner, an entry charge of £1,000 plus VAT is in addition to the cost of the caravan.
Can I rent out my holiday home?
Answer: No you cannot let out your holiday home. Your holiday home is for your use and for your friends and family only.
